Strawberry Vanilla Infused Vodka
Fresh strawberries and vanilla transform vodka into a smooth, fruity infusion with just the right touch of sweetness. Serve it chilled, over ice, or use it as the base for your favorite cocktail.

2 oz vodka
3 strawberries, thinly sliced
3 drops vanilla extract
Simple syrup to taste

How to Make It
1. Fill the infuser
Add the vodka, sliced strawberries, and vanilla extract to your BestWhip infuser.
2. Secure the infuser
Place the strainer into the infuser and securely attach the head.
3. Charge
Charge with one BestWhip N₂O charger.
4. Shake
Shake well for 8–10 seconds.
5. Let it infuse
For best results, refrigerate or place in an ice bath for up to 1 hour.
6. Release the pressure
Holding the infuser upright over a sink, carefully release the excess pressure until the hissing stops.
7. Serve
Pour into a highball glass filled with ice. For less pulp, strain through a fine-mesh strainer before serving.
8. Sweeten
Add simple syrup to taste and enjoy.
